Hi Ed,
try this, in the debug session, in the source view window select the
datastructure you are interested in.
Instead of double clicking on it to bring it up in the monitor window,
select Monitors on the menu bar of the debugger source  view window .
Select Monitor expression from the drop down,
you get a little dialog prefilled with the DS name, add to the DS name in
brackets the occurance your are interested in.
LNDS(2) for example, that will bring up this occurance with all variables
defined in it, in the program monitor window.
