Codesrv2.exe error

Can anybody help me with this error (Please):

codesrv2.exe - Unable to Locate DLL

The dynamic link library W32CPIC.dll could not be found in the specified
path
C:\adtswin\system;.;C:\WINNT\System32;C:\WINNT\system;C:\WINNT;C:\adtswin;C:
\adtswin\System;C:\WINNT\system32;C:\WINNT;C:\WINNT\system\nls;\System;C:\WI
NNT\system32\nls\ENGLISH;C:\WINNT\system32\nls;C:\Progra~1\Inoculan;C:\adtsw
in;Z:;Y:;X:;C:\adtswin;C:\adtswin\System.

Once I get this error, it doesn't matter how many times I press the OK
button, it just keeps coming back like a bad dream.  End up having to
reboot!
