Large records on the iseries. -- COBOL400-L

We are limited to 32766k for a physical file on the 400.  Any ideas on how we 
can get a 64k file into a Cobol program.   Maybe in 'C' or Java".  I don't know 
either.   Any examples would be highly appreciated.
