If you read my original submission carefully you'll see that you are now
being silly! The point (which I am sure hasn't escaped you0 was to restrict
ourselves to matters technical.

Not to mention the fact not everyone can start off by being "IBM certified
x, y and z" so don't be dismissive of those who have just started and use
the list to hopefully (one day) become "IBM certified ....". Besides, what's
an RPG developer doing contributing to this list?!?!
