Dianne, the most likely cause of the problem is that one or more of the
files you require are not in the DIANE library.  If this is the case, you
will need to issue an override for the file before you do the OPEN.

If this is not the problem, then check the job logs for the HTTP server jobs
(probably the first one) and you should see the error messages.

PS.  The WEB400 list is a better place for this kind of ? than this list.
