Well I primarily code in RPG....but I use Scott Klement's FTPAPI.

Since it's an ILE service program, there's no reason you couldn't call
the same procedures from ILE C.

All you'd need to do is put together some C prototypes for in. I'm
sure Scott would help, particularly if you agree to send him the final
results so he can include them in the package.
