You can execute a Select SQL statement looking for orphaned BBH and BBL
records by checking the order status in ECH. Once you are satisfied that
the selected records are correct you can change your SQL statement to
DELETE...

Subject: [BPCS-L] Old Records in BBL

Hi,
We have a lot of old records in our BBL file. Some special
charge
lines have billing request dates in 2003. Most have an ID of 'BL', but
some are 'ZL'. Is there a purge program to clean this up, or is there
some kind of checking I can do to determine if it is 'safe' to delete
some
of these? Thanks!
