PO Actual Cost

This is a question about a field in the HPO file.  We are on version 4.02. 
 There is a field PACST  (Actual Cost Total (global)).  Is this the total 
cost of the quantity received so far for that line?  Ultimately, I'm want 
the last invoiced piece price for a query but didn't know if the user 
would be satisfied with an "average" price.  That's what it looks like is 
here but I wanted to confirm it.  Thanks.
