We are now in the process of converting these reference books
from paper copies to .pdf files. This conversion responds to requests
for internal control documentation that can be distributed to multiple
locations from a central server. That same server can store written
business procedures that could be linked to specific pages in the
BPCS .pdf documentation.

That kind of documentation helps enterprises prepare for internal
control audits ... that topic is becoming more important in the USA
as companies attempt to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements.
