Has anyone heard about the various lawsuits against SSA for these practices. I have heard rumors but would like to see if anyone knows anything in more detail.

I have heard of several law suits involving SSA or BPCS but not dead on this topic.
In fact many ERP vendors are swimming in an ocean of lawsuits.
Many efforts to install an ERP have failed, sometimes leading to finger pointing and law suits.
Sometimes software is marketed that some other outfit says was stolen from them.
One of the 3rd party outfits that does BPCS tech support got sued by SSA for publishing a white paper on BPCS problems.
