AS/SET ADK Question

Does anyone know what versions of AS/SET ADK the below affects.  This
was excerpted from the IBM APAR II12963:

------------- Please Read This Note --------------------
An MCH6801 is received when running the AS/SET ADK development
tool on V5R2 at Security Level 40 or 50. This is due to some
of the AS/SET programs being compiled prior to V2R3. The
BMR 62901 will re-deliver these programs. The workaround until
the BMR is ready is to reduce system security to level 30.

We have heard that older versions of AS/SET may not require this BMR,
but want to know what versions to see if we have to set the security
level back to 30.
