Re: CEA900B Problem BPCS 6.04 Mix Mode

I am also running 6.04 Mixed Mode and to my understanding, the CEA900 will not 
automatically create the journal entries for you unless you follow a given set 
of procedures.  The following steps should transfer your opening balances for 
you;

Open the GUI Ledger Definition
Open your Ledger
Select the prior year and select update
Click on the Transfer button
The next year should already be selected in the drop down
Select Transfer Statistics and Transfer Statistic Accounts and Batch Processing.
DO NOT SELECT Close Book - The system would not create the opening balances for 
us when this was selected.
Select Execute and your job should be submitted.

Once the job is complete, you should have your opening balances.
