Events Processing Error BPCS 6.02 Mixed Mode

We have One P/C that when the user runs the Event Processing option it will 
display a list of events ok. Then when the user clicks on one of the events to 
approve it. It just blinks the screen and ends the session. We then can use 
CEA970D program to unlock it. But it still wont that user approve the event? 
The same exact user can go to another P/C and it works just find? Does anyone 
have an idea of what to try?   Thanks in advance.  Kevin W.
