the user wants to email the report (in spool) directly to the customer's
email address. The customer's email address is in Customer Master file
(RCM). How can I email the spool as an attachment?

I would use my PC for sending the e-mail & use 'IBM Operations Navigator'
(part of IBM's Client Access) to 'drag'n'drop' the AS400 spooled-file onto
the PC.
