Al,
     CALL BPCSMENU for the environment/library (LIVE, TEST, DEV etc...) you
wish to change the menu's in. On the initial screen (SYS500FM/SCR001) that
shows your BPCS version, place your cursor on 'Functions' at the top of the
screen and press enter. This will show SY500FM/SCR002 - a window with
several options. Take option 10 - Menu Maintenance and delete/create/revise
whatever you want (but this is only a soft delete).
     There is no reorg option in 4.05 CD but if you want to hard delete any
menu's/menu-option's/menu-authority then use SQL/DFU etc.. on ZMM, ZMO and
ZMA - or write yourself a little RPG-pgm to do it for you (probably best as
you can ensure data integrity between the 3 files).

     You've probably worked this out already, hope it helps anyway...
