An update on the Gores acquisition is coming.  Below outlines when you can
expect to hear some news.

Bob,
We will be releasing plans for communication this week, but in short they will
include the following.
1.  Initial press release to define the transaction itself, i.e. Investor names
and reasons for involvement, what the transaction means and its construction.
There will also be another 8K.
2.  Another press release detailing the go forward strategy from a business and
product perspective.

#1.   Aimed at general public.  Today.
#2.   Aimed at all interested parties, clients, staff, partners etc.  This week.

These will both come out this week.

Would someone from Marketing like to respond to the future of version 6.1 and
someone from legal, or corporate communications like to update this user group
on the Gores acquisition.   Thought both of you would like to know that this
issue was raised by an existing client.

Hi,

Have you heard something about SSA future ?

How is going the Gores-SSA transaction ?

Now we are running the AS/400 BPCS 6.04 Mixed mode.  We have been thinking
to move to 6.1, could it be appropiate at this time or should we wait ?
