There are certain type of errors that will never make it to ATP. These include 
bad books, ledgers etc. These are not normal for ATP transactions.

Also, use Maintain Events and look at years other than the current.  Sometimes 
dates, especially with the 4 digits years, get posted to bad years, i.e. 9999 
or 199 or 200.  These will all cause the journals to mysteriously disappear 
from view in Maintain Events and not post to the ledger.
