Roland,

You may want to check for duplicate, or "near-duplicate" xref records,
especially if one is marked as deleted.

Subject:        Item X-Reference not found

Version 6.004 AS/400 Mixed Mode

Occationally ORD700 comes up with an error like "Line 001: Item not included
in customer x-ref", although the X-ref is entered in ORD150 for the correct
customer and ship-to and the Include/Exclude settings in ACR100 and ORD150
are set as follows:

ACR100:
Allow Item X-Reference = 1
Include/Exclude Rule = 0 (Include)

ORD150:
Include = 1 (Yes)

Any ideas whatïs wrong here?

Roland
