I have just returned from SABU.  The news is they have a court hearing on 
Friday and if everything goes well, the Gores closing should be done in 10-15 
days.  As far as support is concerned, they said we will have to wait on a 
decision from Gores, but they are not expecting a lot of changes.  Gores does 
have the right to reject any contract.  I do not think that we will have any 
firm answers until after the closing.
