Why not start a Documentation Project, Linux has the LDP and I have used
it time and time again. It wouldn't be that difficult to decide what we
(as programmers) want to know about BPCS and begin to slowly document it
in a programmer to programmer format. 
I am sure that someone here at Midrange.com would be willing to help if
we all kicked in.
