Ha, ha!  Yes, there is.  DBU/DFU against the file (ZKY?).  Despite the fact 
that I reported the lack of an "add" or even "copy" function back at the 
introduction of 6.0.02, the features still don't exist in even 6.1.00.  
Essentially, any program calling SYS006B2 for action codes and SYS007B2 for 
function keys (instead of the usual versions without the "2" suffix) is 
eligible for this feature.  Unfortunately, there's still no way to set new 
programs up within standard BPCS...
