I have a client that uses OLM, but builds loads PRIOR to pick release based
on allocated quantities and ship date (order request date). It makes sense
that you would have problems changing loads that are built by pick release
since the load data (LLL primarily) probably has to match the pick records
(IPP) as far as order lines and qty picked. Not sure what to suggest. Can
you build loads before pick release? My client changes load make-up
constantly, but NOT after pick release.

If you can give me some specifics about the scenarios that hit you most, I'll
give them some more thought.
