We are AS/400 BPCS 6.0.02 full client/server

Since we do not have access via BPCS menu, we schedule all the re-org
program in ROBOT by calling them with the right parameters. If you are
interested in doing so we can help provide you some of the details you need.
Most of the parameters we find out by deciphering the AS/SET code as the
information needed is not documented but we got it to work for many re-org
programs.

P.S. I take it you don't want to use a macro program on a PC running an
emulator (we have had some success for automating data entry tasks using
Microsoft Visual test, but a simple macro package using an emulator - like
our Eicon Aviva, would do the job. I believe most emulator packages nowadays
have macro features that you could use to schedule the re-org.

Subject: Automating Re-Org Programs

Hi Ho.

        AS/400 Bpcs 6.02 MM

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to automate the Enter Key.

I have a CL that calls my environment (call bpcs###/bpcsusr).
This brings me to the main menu with the BPCS logo. I would like my
CL to bring me into BPCS.
I can't figure out how to write a CL for the Enter key.
What are the parms that are passed when you press Enter or are there
any objects being called when you press enter.

        Thanks.
