Ah the three letter word explains it all. Only ever met the man once,
probably one of the rudest most arrogant people I've ever had the
misfortune to come across. If hes gone its the best move SSA have made in
recent years.

I'd also like to completely agree with your comments about sizing, add one,
double and double and get performance criteria included in contracts.
Hopefully now SSA are going to spend sometime and money on fixing what
they've got rather than developing version 7,8&9.
