Adding TLS to 7.3 is "under consideration" and has been deemed a priority by both COMMON Europe and COMMON Americas

Some are pushing hard for 7.2 also but others are willing to throw that one under the bus, if necessary.
You can add your vote. I won't as I'm an all 7.4 shop.
Would I have some hesitations about 7.4? Maybe. Do I still have some test PTF's on it that are not resolved fully? Yes.
