RE: PTFs coming via DVD, not link

Item one of two: Numerous PTF's that I try to order link only are failing
with they are too darn big. I suspect that is why they are coming in on
media.

Item two of two: When I order them on media via SNDPTFORD or whatever
they are coming in next day also. Perhaps IBM has had their "let's abuse
them if they order on physical media instead of online" policy long enough
to beat those into submission who wouldn't try to change to online. Now
they are treating us like adults. Or, they have some logic in the
SNDPTFORD that says I can tell they at least tried online, so let's get
them the ptf in a timely fashion.
