Should the Job accounting journal receivers been saved/restored during a migration to a new system?

All,

Moved from an 810 @ v5r4 to a LPAR on a 525 also at v5r4 this past weekend...

Users are loving it, but today I noticed that the Job Accounting
journal on the new machine has only one receiver; which is currently
attached and was attached during the initial IPL after the restore.

Does anybody know if this is normal?
