I just blow the spam and whatnot away like you do.  I too am incredibly
annoyed by it.

The phone calls I was getting at that time were before we had caller ID,
so
I couldn't ignore them.  And once I answered, my upbringing would not
allow
me to tell the person where to go and how to get there. ;)
