*PUBLIC has *USE authority, but in order to do CRTDUPOBJ the user needs
Object Management Authority. Either give him or his group private
authority, or adopt via the program...

Subject: QAQQINI

Developer wants to CRTDUPOBJ QAQQINI into a work library, maybe even
QTEMP. Then do a CHGQRYA and use that. However he can't do a CRTDUPOBJ
on that object. Stock answer is to have the program adopt authority to
do the CRTDUPOBJ. With our change management software it's pretty easy
for any developer to create any program that does an adoption of
authority so I do appreciate that they at least ask on occasion for
alternatives. (The things that some of them do with pre run commands is
disconcerting.)

Any suggestions on the duplication of QAQQINI, or just do the adoption?
