RE: Moving disks from one iSeries to another

        The phone part was my cute way of saying that they have had
customers who had problems when they added a bunch of disks at once
using concurrent management under System Service Tools.  They didn't say
it was impossible, just that for some customers it did not work for
them.  They didn't go into the details of what when wrong with each
customer.  I suspect that each was different.  They recommended for
simplicity's sake it would be far easier to add the disk using DST on a
manual IPL.  My case is complicated since the disks are coming from
another iSeries and they have not been cleared and they were part of a
raid set.  Since the box to which I'm adding the disks is our production
box,  I'll err on the side of caution.
