To figure out where you stand in relationship to your interactive card's
capacity, you would need to know the total rated CPW of your machine and
the rating of your interactive card.  If you have a machine rated at
1000 processor CPW and an interactive card rated at 100 CPW, then as
soon as your total interactive jobs start to exceed ten per cent
processor utilization, you're in trouble.

So you could make a rough estimate using WRKACTJOB and looking at the
interactive jobs.  What total per cent utilization do they represent and
how does that compare to the per cent of your interactive card's CPW
relative to the total CPW of the machine.

I'm not sure if I'm answering your question.  There are more accurate
measurements you can take using Performance Tools and they will give you
a more accurate picture of your interactive utilization.
