I did the obvious and dug out our manual, I do not know why that didn't
occur to me previously.  It lists the type as 2723 and the part number as
99G9681.

We will give those people a call.

Next question:  How can I find what the right part number is for an
ethernet card in model 150?  If it helps, I do remember that this was in
the second generation of 150's.  I think it came out about a year after
the
original 150.
