ILE is available on all machines that run V3R1.  RPG IV is completely
contained within ILE RPG.  Write an RPG IV app, convert it to ILE, it
runs the same (except maybe a little slower, heh heh).  Add some bells
and whistles like bound-calls, or procedures, and you're using the new
features, or ILE.
