If this web service requires you use a client side certificate, in DCM you
will import this certificate into the *SYSTEM store and create an
application and assign it to this certificate.

Then in HTTPAPI there should be a place to specify this application name so
the request uses this client certificate. I apologize I don't know where,
though. You may want to see if Scott catches this.

If, instead they provided a certificate so you could strip out the
Certificate Authorities (CAs) and import those, that's different all
together.
