Nice article, and the one concerning Git on the IBMi as well. Thanks for those.

Subject: Re: [WEB400] Running Nginx and PHP on IBMi

Hi Cassiano,

As a follow-up I wanted to let you know I wrote an article showing how to
install nginx on IBM i. For some reason my latest attempt at installing
was more complicated than previous installs. So I went into more detail
and conveyed how to wade through the install.

Article: http://bit.ly/mcpress-nginx-install

Hope this helps.

Goodmorning everybody,
recently i discovered the availability of nginx on perzl.org and I
wanted to try out this solution.
I downloaded and installed the packages nginx, php-fpm, php-cli.
But i can’t seem to find any instructions to configure, start and stop the
nginx server (and even to understand if it’s running).
The same issue about php-fpm service. Right now the only thing i found is
the config files of php-fpm under /QOpenSys/opt/freeware/etc/php-fpm.d/

Does someone have some hints or documentation to look for?
Thanks in advance!
