Thanks for the responses,
I actually use nginx on Linux environments without any difficulties in configuration and handling of services, but on IBMi is kind of different.
I noticed on my AS400 after running the
/wwwperzl.sh aix53 rpm nginx-1.5.10-1
the command
find /opt/freeware -name "nginx*”
does’t produce any results, I guess it means no files have been actually created.
I get only some warnings as: mntctl() failed to return fugger size: Invalid argument, but the install seem to work fine tough, with all dependencies too.

I’m on an IBMi V6R1, I don’t know if this is enough information.

I had not heard of NGINX, from what I found it defaults to port 80. Take a
look at this site, might help you with configuration. It doesn't appear
that netstat is supported in PASE. Once NGINX is running I am thinking it
would show up under i5/os netstat.

Goodmorning everybody,
recently i discovered the availability of nginx on perzl.org and I
wanted to try out this solution.
I downloaded and installed the packages nginx, php-fpm, php-cli.
But i can’t seem to find any instructions to configure, start and stop
the
nginx server (and even to understand if it’s running).
The same issue about php-fpm service. Right now the only thing i found is
the config files of php-fpm under /QOpenSys/opt/freeware/etc/php-fpm.d/

Does someone have some hints or documentation to look for?
Thanks in advance!
