Depending on the size of the result set, pushing the whole thing to a browser can take time and space.

A solution using Ajax techniques could get around some of that - even pre-filling forward and back - I'm not sure what PowerEXT does about that.

Thanks Henrik, I need solution to be cross platform because the client has SQL SERVER, DB2, MYSQL, and Oracle in house. This is why I'm using SQL. I cannot require any RPG for the non DB2 reports.
