You can do ANYTHING with ADO.NET!

Under XMLSERVICE, you pass a command, say WRKSYSVAL, and it returns an XML File containing a list of system values.

While you say you can do ANYTHING with ADO .Net, how would you do it? I can see a .Net programmer asking an RPG programmer to write a program that evokes WRKSYSVAL *PRINT, then reads the spool file and generates a "result set", then creates a "stored procedure" for the .Net programmer to call.

Is something like that what you mean by doing ANYTHING with ADO .Net?
