AS the author of MAILTOOL yes, it will allow you to use a stream file
as the body of the message, text or HTML. Very easy to do and using a
template system is a great idea (and I have been doing that for
years...)

Also, as for other kits my eRPG SDK has been out for a long time...
similar to CGIDEV2. Tweaked to how I like things and runs a lot
faster. www.erpgsdk.com.
