As long as MAILTOOL allows you to pull your message content from a text
file on the IFS, you should be able to use CGIDEV2. You will use
UpdHtmlVar and WrtSection to write your template as normal, and then use
WrtHtmlToStmf to dump the output to the IFS. Don't let the "Html" fool
you. I have used CGIDEV2 to write RTF, XML, Ajax, CSS, Javascript, and
probably other stuff I am forgetting. It will write anything text related
or text based.
