I don't know what you are using to send the email right now, but you should
look into MMAIL over at www.easy400.net.

I think it has a way for you to create emails like what you suggest, but
personally, the approach you are hinting at is how I do it. I often use
CGIDEV2 to build an email and then then send it using MMAIL.

have a text file with the core message in a template and just replace the
