How do you tell Websphere what version of java to use if there are multiple installed?

From version 6 of Websphere Application Server you set the environment variable JAVA_HOME to point to desired version. (Normally QopenSys/QIBM........something)
In prior versions you could set the java.version= as a startup parameter.
