There hasn't been a lot of support for HATS on the Web400 list. It seems that
most subscribers here have interests and stakes in other technologies and tools,
which are alternatives to HATS, which in the past led to debates.

Competing technologies has never stopped folks from commenting, Nathan. It's just that there isn't all that much interest in HATS. It's a relatively old technology and it has limited applicability. For most business cases there are better answers.
