Also, the other feature I like is that I can search for terms across all
books on my device. Very handy to search for a topic across multiple
books.

Re: [WEB400] PHP Books at Sitepoint

Generally, my non programming titles are around 2-3 MB. Programming
titles vary based on the number of images, but I haven't seen any get over

12 MB. Most are closer to the 4-6 MB range. So you could fit quite a few

books in 16 GB.

How big ia a typical book, Brian? I just got a Samsung Fascinate and I'm
considering getting Kindle on it. I just wonder how much of a library
would fit on a 16GB SD card (the biggest drawback of the Fascinate is it
only has 2GB internal storage, but for $49.99 I couldn't pass it up).

Joe

And the ebooks are available for Kindle if you have one. (I love
keeping
my programming books on my Kindle. My whole library is always with me.)

[WEB400] PHP Books at Sitepoint

Folks,

A quick FYI to let you know that SITEPOINT has a deal on a PHP books and
training package at http://sale.sitepoint.com/ for the next 13 hours or
so. I have not used these book but understand that they are very good
and
for less than the cost of a good pizza you walk away with 3 eBooks and a
live class. If you ever considered PHP you might want to check this out
as an effort to jumpstart your PHP knowledge. I think Jon Paris has
used
these so I would look for his input on value.

Enjoy!
