This is weird. I am using FPDF with Zend Server's PHP to create a PDF and
display it in the browser. Everything is fine until I select the Send
Page by Email option in Internet Explorer. The email attachment that gets
generated leaves out a lot of the data. It seems to be that only the PDF
that was created in the Header and Footer functions is included, although
I am not sure that is what is happening. If I take the IE option to save
the file, it is fine; if I then email that file as an attachment, it is
also fine.

Anybody have a clue?
