Sorry about not correcting the subject line.

Aaron, thanks for the suggestion, I'll go check it out.,

<Check out RPGUI which is open source/free and during the install it sets
up
<a basic Apache server for doing RPG+CGI programming. The program with
the
<code you will be looking for will be in RPGUI/QRPGLESRC,CRTAPACHE once
you
<have restored the *SAVF - or you can just run the install and it will
create
<the Apache instance for you.

hi;

I work on a iseries system, as a rpg programmer. I have been asked by my
manager to find out what information our department should provide to Ops
Admin to set us up on the HTTP Server so we can serve web pages from the
iseries using rpg.

I have written rpg programs that serve web pages before at other
companies, and actually setup a configuration, but that was sometime ago,
and have forgotten alot. I won't be doing the setup, only need to provide

the information so admin can do their work proprly.

I know we probably need to provide the path where we will store html and
graphics on the ifs, and where to find the iseries *pgms but after that,
what else?

I was hoping someone here could provide more input.

Regards,
