installing Zend server CE

Zend Server CE is the free version, right? Anyone know how to get it? I
have gone to the Zend site, and all I see is 5 different downloads for
Zend Server. It is not clear what the difference is between them (except
some appear to be for PHP 5.2 and some for PH 5.3 - do I care which?), and
none say Zend Server CE.
