OK - when I do print preview in FF I see the logo - haven't tried in IE for a while - let's see - ah, it's on all the first pages and not subsequent ones - I didn't see the problem with the concerts page (just 1 page) but I do see it with the rehearsal locations page, which takes more than 1 printed page.

Thanks, I'll have to learn how to fix that - heh!! Allow to dig a little first, if I may.
