Notwithstanding having setup programs, I was NOT able to get the
application working, nor see the source code - not even close.

Can't speak to getting the app to work, I've not tried, but it does seem
to be a complex app from an architecture point of view. As for source
code... easy. Run setup (stocktradersetup.msi) and do a "Code Only"
install. That will dump the code into a directory you specify and there
it is. The source to the different apps in the system are in the
StockTrader subdirectory. By the looks of it there's a Web app, a
thick-client app, the data access layer and two service projects, one
for processing the trade orders and one for "business" what ever that
means. I'm sure it's in the doc.

Looking at a WCF service-based app that's trying to interoperate
w/enterprise java and supports either sqlserver or oracle on the back
end w/out a lot of .net knowledge is like taking someone that knows
about band-aids and ice packs and showing them a 16 hour neurosurgery
and expecting them to fully understand it. Ain't gonna happen. Start
w/something _much_ simpler.
