Dave,

If you read through the page I linked to, you don't need to use a CMD to call REXX. All you need to do is set up a ScriptAlias (or an Alias and a Directory with Options +ExecCGI) to the source PF with your scripts and it will execute it based on the .rexx extension.

Bob,

OOOOOH, superb. I frequently create CMDs to call REXX; easy as pie. It makes invoking any REXX program a snap. Now to figure out what I have to do to try EGL?

Thanks,

Dave

Dave,

I checked with our development team on this. In EGL you can call QCMDEXEC
then specify a cmd that has a REXX program as the CPP to run or QCMDEXC
STRREXPRC pgmnbame will work according to the REXX Reference.

Peter,

Thanks, I'll look at that as well.

In Net.data, of course, you can run REXX natively anyway.

Out of morbid curiosity, I took a look at the HTTP server docs and REXX
is an option for CGI.
